Ingredients

  • 1/2 kgprawns King -
  • 1 tbspLime juice -
  • 7 nosShallots -
  • 1chilli powder - tps
  • 5 nosPepper corns -
  • 3 nosGreen chili -
  • 3 noscoriander powder -
  • 1 tspturmeric powder -
  • 3 clovesgarlic -
  • 2 tspsginger -
  • as requiredsalt -

  1. 1

    1)For preparing spicy prawn/konju fry, grind together all the ingredients for preparing masala, into a paste.

  2. 2

    2)Clean prawns, retain head and tail. Cut in the middle, devein it and flatten the prawns.

  3. 3

    3)Rub the masala inside and keep for 1 hour.

  4. 4

    4)Heat a pan, pour oil (2 tbsp)and place the prawns and deep fry it.5)Spicy prawn/konju fry is ready.

  5. 5

    Add the lime juice on top and serve hot.
