Slice the potato into thin layer

Put some olive oil into the pan, then put the potato into the pan like in the picture. After that put some grated cheese and cook it with low heat for 5 - 10 minutes.

Add the tomato sauce on the potato layer, after that put sausages, mozarela and egg. Cook it for ten minutes on medium heat.
