  1. 4chicken breasts
  2. 8 ozcremini mushrooms
  3. 3/4 cupmarsala wine
  4. 1/4 cupunsalted butter
  5. 1/2 cupheavy cream
  6. 1/2 tspred curry
  7. 1/4 tspchopped fresh rosemary
  8. 2 tbspchopped fresh sweet basil
  9. 1cayenne pepper to taste (optional)
  10. 1 pinchsea salt (to taste)
  11. 1fresh cracked pepper

  1. 1

    in a large skillet melt butter over medium heat add mushrooms and cook until tender remove and set aside.

  2. 2

    pound chicken breast to a medium thickness season with salt and pepper on both sides add to skillet an cook through remove and rest.

  3. 3

    add mushrooms back to skillet stir in marsala wine, rosemary, sweet basil, heavy cream, and cayenne pepper stir until incorporated and bring to a boil, reduce heat and stir.

  4. 4

    plate chicken and pour sauce over top and enjoy.
