This recipe was adapted from Giada. I've made it with 1/2 & 1/2 and it comes out just as good. Its a great way to use up left over chicken. tastes complicated but is soooo quick n easy. I like it with broccoli or asparagus. Enjoy!

Ingredients

6 servings
  1. 2 1/2 cupheavy cream
  2. 1/2 cupfresh lemon juice
  3. 12 tbspbutter
  4. 2 cupgrated parmesan
  5. 2 tsplemon zest
  6. 1 pinchnutmeg
  7. 1salt & pepper
  8. 3 cupcooked chicken torn into pieces
  9. 1 lbfettucine

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    cook pasta according to directions. "al dente" drain

  2. 2

    stir 2 cups of cresm and the lemon juice in lg skillet to blend. add butter cook over med heat till butter melts. sbout 3 min. remove from heat.

    add pasta and chicken. toss. add remaining cream, & parm. stir. add zest, nutmeg, s&p. stir over low heat about a min.

    done! enjoy!
