Rosemary Roasted Potatoes & Onions

Ingredients

  1. 10 smallRed Potatoes (quartered)
  2. 1 largeWhite Onion (wedged)
  3. 2 bunchFresh Rosemary (no stem)
  4. 3 tbspolive oil, extra virgin
  5. 1 tspPoultry Seasoning
  6. 1 tspMinced Garlic
  7. Season Salt
  8. Fresh Ground Pepper
  9. 1Pam nonstick spray

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 350

  2. 2

    Quarter and wedge potatoes and onions

  3. 3

    Drizzle olive oil over top and add additional seasonings

  4. 4

    Toss around in bowl until fully coated with seasonings and oil

  5. 5

    Coat 8x8 pan with pam nonstick spray. Place seasoned potatoes and onions in nonstick 8x8 pan.

    Cover pan with aluminum foil. Put into 350°F oven for 20 to 30 minutes

  7. 7

    After 20 to 30 min @ 350, remove pan and remove foil. Ramp up oven to 425°F.

  8. 8

    Replace uncovered pan of potatoes and onions into 425 oven. Roast for additional 15 to 20 minutes.

  9. 9

    Remove from oven and enjoy!
