Sunshine Sub Sauce

This is the sub vinaigrette I use for the baked Italian sub sandwich we call, "The Big Guido". It is a hit with the family and gets requested often. For the full back-story on this sauce, see my Big Guido recipe.

Steps
- 1
Place all of the ingredient in a food processor or blender except for the olive oil.
- 2
Process the mixture on low speed while slowly drizzling in the olive oil. Maintain processing until all the oil has been added and the mixture has emulsified.
- 3
The sub sauce can be stored in a condiment bottle in the fridge for 2 weeks.
- 4
Now put that sauce on The Big Guido! (See my recipe)
