Sunshine Sub Sauce

This is the sub vinaigrette I use for the baked Italian sub sandwich we call, "The Big Guido". It is a hit with the family and gets requested often. For the full back-story on this sauce, see my Big Guido recipe.

Sublime Grated Onion Sauce Sublime Grated Onion Sauce
This sauce is indispensable and improves your home cooked meals. If you make it with new harvest sweet onion you can use the sauce right away. Otherwise let it rest for 2-3 days, which lessens the harsh flavor of the onions, but I can never wait. It can be used as salad dressing, as hamburger sauce, and many other ways! You could "age" the sauce in the refrigerator, it will keep for 2 weeks. Add it to curry for a secret flavor boost. Recipe by MyDining cookpad.japan -

Sweet Thai Chile Sauce Sweet Thai Chile Sauce
Lightly sweet, with a slight tang, and a punch in the face of heat (if you choose, and you should).I ran into this recipe a long time ago, and I’ve been devouring it ever since. I’ve probably had more people ask for this recipe than any other, and I go through this stuff like it’s going out of style. My favorite way to eat this sauce is when it’s drenching sticky Calrose rice. Nothing more, just rice and this killer sauce. Blake at 350
