Lavender
600 gramsgranulated sugar
4 tbspdried lavender flowers
Tangerine
600 gramsgranulated sugar
3 tbsptangerine zest (4 tangerines)
Lemon
600 gramsgranulated sugar
1large lemons zest
Cardamom
600 gramsgranulated sugar
3 tbspcardamom seeds (crack the pods to remove the seeds)
Vanilla
600 gramscaster (superfine) sugar
3whole vanilla pods
Cinnamon
600 gramscaster sugar
3 tbspground cinnamon

Simply pulse the 2 ingredients together in a blender to mix evenly

You don't need to pulse the cinnamon or vanilla sugars. For the vanilla just place the pods in the jar of sugar and let the flavour infuse on it's own. The cinnamon is just as easy. Mix it in and it's ready

Lavender sugar is great in a cup of tea, in scones or muffin batters and sprinkled over shortbread

Tangerine and lemon sugar is great as a grapefruit topping and in iced tea

Cardamom is great in coffee and in cakes

Cinnamon and vanilla sugars are great in everything!

Put the sugar in pretty jars with a nice gift tag with the usage ideas written on
