Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F. Grease muffin tins well . Throw tater tots in microwave for a couple minutes. Place about 3 tater tots in each tin and use a small glass to squish them flat then bake for 10 minutes.

Scramble your eggs and add milk. chop up your green pepper red peppers in pre cooked sausage or bacon

Take out the tater tots lower the temperature to 350 sprinkle on your peppers and pre cooked meats. Pour your egg mixture into tins.

Sprinkle your sharp cheddar cheese on top then bake for about 15 to 20 minutes or til eggs are cooked.
