Made an early Dinner today I love this dish another Spanish Influenced dish. What I love about this is the tenderness of the meat and the crunchiness of the vegetables and the heartiness of the potatoes and let’s not forget the sweetness that comes from the plantains and the tomato sauce broth that meets steamy hot rice or serve it with mashed potatoes you’ll truly enjoy this stew. I'm a first timer cook and I've learned the hard way all by myself through google's help. I was amazed and so was husband too. I've made it successfully and really delicious. I'm not really into eating habit even before but when I've learned how it caused me pleasure by reasonable means. Cooking made me feel so thrilling from now on. Wendy Choa -

Pork Monggo Pork Monggo
A budget-friendly dish as it does not require a lot of ingredients. You can also remove the pork and just use dried or smoked fish, like dilis/anchovies, or tinapa to stretch your budget even more. That's why a lot of Filipino moms (or dads) have this on the menu during Fridays or later part of the week. And if you don't include pork (which can also be replaced by chicken), you can also serve this during the Holy Week. Missus C -

This recipe is delicious. It is simple, quick and easy to prepare. We found ourselves on a rush before a big grill with more than 30 guests and our beef supplier did not deliver the product intended for the day's recipe. So we had to go to the neighbourhood’s market and improvise. Finally, we came up with this flavourfull dish. A true diamond from My Grilling Spot team to you.Enjoy! My Grilling Spot -
