Ingredients

  • 1 can(15 ounces) garbanzo beans, drained
  • 1 jar(about 6 ounces) marinated artichoke hearts (do not drain)
  • 1/2 cuppitted ripe olives, cut into halves
  • 1/2 cupherb and garlic or Italian salad dressing
  • 2bunches romaine, torn into bite sized pieces
  • 1 bunchleaf lettuce, torn into bite sized pieces
  • 1ground pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cupsliced pepperoni

Steps

  1. 1

    Toss beans, artichoke hearts (with liquid), olives and salad dressing.

  2. 2

    Cover and refrigerate.

  3. 3

    Just before serving, toss with remaining ingredients.

Some of my favorite things are family, friends, my pets, cooking, baking, football (Badger & Packer), Brewer baseball, college basketball, car racing, thrift stores, volunteering, and rummage sales. I have a 9 year old rescue dog, and 7 birds ( 6 are rescue) and they range in age from 1 year to over 19 years old. I volunteer for a dog rescue and a shelter, as well as other festivals and organizations.
