Enchiladas Suizas Enchiladas Suizas
I decided to make this recipe because my uncle loved it. He passed away three years ago, leaving a beautiful memory in my family, and he really enjoyed this dish. Today, I had the chance to make it in his memory. This dish is made with corn tortillas filled with chicken, covered in green sauce, and topped with melted cheese (Oaxaca cheese). The name 'suizas' (Swiss) is used because the dish contains cream and lots of cheese, and Switzerland is famous for its cheeses and dairy products.
