1 largetomato
2 tspdried mint
1salt
2 tbsplemon juice
2 tbspolive oil

Chop/cut the cabbage into fine peices

Chop the tomato into small peices
3

Add the mint, salt , lemon and olive oil
4

Mix well and enjoy :)

I use cilantro instead of mint...love it and very easy
