Ingredients

  1. 112 ounce bag of dry brocoli slaw
  2. 1 cuptomatoe soup OR 1 can crushed tomatoes
  3. 1 clovegarlic minced - more or less according to taste
  4. 1onion powder to taste
  5. 1salt and pepper to taste
  6. 1Red pepper to taste
  7. 1whatever spices sound good to you!
  8. 3 tbspparmasean grated - divided

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Bring a skillet sprayed with cooking spray to medium high heat

  2. 2

    add slaw and 1/4 Cup of water. stir occasionally until slaw is slightly softened. about 7 minutes

  3. 3

    add soup/tomatoes, garlic, spices and 2T of parm. stir and cook until hot. about 4 minutes

  4. 4

    use remaining parm to garnish when serving
