  • 2 cloveGarlic - stir fried
  • 1/4 mediumOnion - stir fried
  • Vegetarian FILLINGS
  • 1/4 cupCarrots diced - stir fried
  • 1/2 cupSpinach - wilted/stir fried
  • Meat mania FILLINGS
  • 2 sliceBacon - chopped
  • 1/3 cupChicken breast diced - stir fried
  • Italiano FILLINGS
  • 9Fresh Cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1/2 cupFresh basil
  • TOPPINGS
  • 1 dashSalt
  • 1 dashWhite pepper
  • 1 dashItalian spice
  • 1/3 cupMozzerella cheese
  • 3 tbspParmesan

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Choose your favorite FILLING - Vegetarian, Meat Mania or Italian.

    Prepared the selected FILLING and set ingredients aside.

  3. 3

    For the BASE, add two eggs into an empty bowl, milk, and beat them together

  4. 4

    Add stir fried garlic and onions into the cupcake pan, then add your selected FILLING.

    Pour in the egg mixture. Season with salt, pepper and Italian seasoning. Lastly top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.

    Bake for 30-45 mins at 200°F celcius.

    OPTIONAL - Opt out cheese for a healthier choice, or replace with commercial sliced cheese. BE CREATIVE - with your own fillings :)
