This is a simple recipe which uses only five ingredients. It has a lot of flavour and is also very quick and easy to make.

Cook the pasta for 10 minutes.

Put the stock cube in a separate pan and add 150ml boiling water. Whisk until the stock cube dissolves.

Chop the red pepper and add it to the second pan, with the paprika. Simmer at medium heat until the pepper is soft and the pasta is ready.

Drain pasta. Add pasta and cream to the pepper mixture and heat gently for about 5 minutes.

Serve and enjoy!
