Steps

Melt the chocolate in a bowl suspended over a pan of boiling water. Remove and leave to cool for 5 minutes

Blow up your balloons and tie with a knot

Holding the knotted end of the balloon dip into the melted chocolate and create the bowl shape.

Stand the balloon on a small tea plate and hold for a few seconds until the chocolate pools around the base. Allowing you to let go of the balloon

Continue with the remaining balloons and let it set until the chocolate hardens.

Once the chocolate has set. Pop the balloon and carefully peel away the chocolate bowls.

Fill with your chosen toppings (ice-cream, fruits, chocolate sauce, nuts)
