  • WASABI MAYONNAISE MIXTURE
  • 2 tbspmayonnaise
  • 1 tbspwasabi paste
  • SARDINE OPTION
  • 1 cansardine in sunflower oil
  • BREAD OPTION
  • 2soft bun or and bread

  1. 1

    Mix the wasabi with the mayonnaise ,,,, TIPS ,,,,**for those who like strong mustard flavour add more wasabi ****those who can't take the heat just add more mayonnaise **

    Drain the sardine from its oil then baked it till its lightly crispy for few minutes then mix with the wasabi mayonnaise mixture

  3. 3

    Slice the toasted bun and stuff cucumber ribbon then sardine in wasabi mayonnaise mixture and serve
