Ingredients

  1. 2 lbChicken breast tenderloins
  2. 1/2 tbspPaprika
  3. 1 tspCayenne pepper
  4. 3 tbspButter
  5. 1/2 cupHot Sauce (I use Texas Pete)
  6. 4Hoagie Rolls
  7. 1/4 cupSour Cream
  8. 1/4 cupRanch dressing
  9. 1Lettuce, tomato, onion to garnish

    Begin by drizzling chicken with olive oil, sprinkling with paprika and cayenne.

  2. 2

    Cook chicken in a large skillet until browned and completely done. Leave it in the pan.

  3. 3

    To the center of the frying pan, add your butter and hot sauce, allowing the two to mix as the butter melts, and then carefully toss chicken in the sauce.

  4. 4

    In a small bowl, combine sour cream and ranch.

  5. 5

    Plate it up!! Place desired number of chicken tenders in a hoagie roll. Garnish with lettuce, tomato, onion (or anything else you'd like), and then drizzle with the Ranch Sour Cream.
