  • 2 lbFish filet (flounder, cod, tillapia)
  • 1 1/2 cupAll purpose flour
  • 1/2 tspBaking powder
  • 1/2 tspBaking soda
  • 4 tbspCornstarch
  • 1 tspSalt
  • 1 tspSugar
  • 1/4 tspGarlic powder
  • 1/4 tspDried chopped onion
  • 1/4 tspPaprika
  • 1 1/2 cupHot water

  1. 1

    Mix all dry ingredients.

    Add water and beat well until smooth.

  3. 3

    Coat fish filets and deep fry at 350° until golden brown.
