Ingredients

  1. Steak (Pick 1)
  2. 2 lbFlank Steak
  3. 2 lbSkirt Steak
  4. 2 lbBoneless Chuck Steak
  5. 2 lbTop Round Steak
  6. Marinade
  7. 1/4 cupVegetable Oil
  8. 1/2 cupRed Wine Vinegar
  9. 1/3 cupLime Juice
  10. 1/3 cupOrange Juice
  11. 1 cupWater
  12. 3 cloveCrushed Garlic
  13. 1 tbspWhite Pepper
  14. 1 1/2 tbspSea Salt
  15. 1 tbspGround Cumin
  16. 1 tbspChili Powder
  17. 1 tbspMexican Oregano
  18. 1/4 tspGround Cloves
  19. 1 mediumOrange Sliced
  20. 1White Onion Sliced
  21. 1/4 bunchCilantro chopped (Stemless)
  22. 1 tbspMolasses (Optional for flavor)
  23. 1 tbspWorcestershire sauce (Optional for flavor)
  24. Tortillas
  25. 25Corn Taco Tortillas
  26. Taco Toppings
  27. 1/2 bunchCilantro Chopped (stemless)
  28. 1White Onion Chopped
  29. Taco Sauce/Salsas
  30. 1Chile de Arbol
  31. 1Serrano Verde
  32. 1Serrano chili verde con tomatillos
  33. 1Chile del Barracho

Cooking Instructions

    2lbs of your choice of meat, chopped into cubes. Add cubes to large metal deep pan.

    Add marinade ingredients into metal pan mixing it thoroughly with the meat. Top with orange and onion slices. Cover pan with wrap, foil or lid, you can also use large clear bag to wrap all of meat and marinade and refrigerate for 24 hours.

    Remove orange and onion slices. Cook at medium heat 8-10 minutes on a flat pan, flat grill or Comal pan. Make sure to flip and turn meat so all sides are cooked. Do not allow meat to overcook and dry out.

    Heat 2 tortillas on Flat pan, flat grill, or Comal on medium heat until tortillas are pliable cooking equally on both sides. Repeat step for taco count.

    Using 2 tortillas per taco scoop cooked meat into tortillas and top with onions, cilantro and your choice of sauce/salsa.

Finally! Thank you for the meat list and marinade! Excellent!These Tacos are my favorite...and I love my salsa on them!
