Once again I have picky kids and they LOVED this chicken! I would recommend not using a non-stick cookie sheet because it literally took the non-stick off of mine. I haven't tried it in a glass baking dish, but I am guessing it will work just as well. Tiny Tubbs -

The seasoning mixture is based on a recipe my mother taught me.By putting small cuts into the chicken at Step 1, the flavor penetrates it easier and the meat becomes more tender! If you don't have any garlic soy sauce, you can make it on the spot as detailed in Step 2 by combining regular soy sauce with garlic. The chicken pieces may look a bit floury when done, but that's ok. *Recipe of the Homemade Panko on my page!Next time you're craving fried chicken without the heartburn and extra oil grease, make this recipe instead. Whats special about this recipe is that it has the texture of fried chicken, moist from the inside with only half of the calories from fried chicken. One of the secrets of this recipe is the baking powder instead of flour. It dries the skin faster and also saves you the extra calories you use for flour. And the homemade Panko. It is less messy to make and under 40 min. Aya -
