Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 1/2 cupspelt flour (about 70 grams)
  2. 1/2 cupchickpea flour (about 70 grams)
  3. 1red bell pepper
  4. 1onion
  5. 1 cupchicken broth
  6. 1 clovegarlic, minced
  7. 1/2eggplant
  8. 1/2zucchini
  9. 1 tablespooncurry powder
  10. 1 tablespooncumin
  11. 1 teaspooncayenne pepper
  12. Salt

Cooking Instructions

    Mix the flours in a bowl and add a pinch of salt. Gradually add water while stirring until you get a creamy dough.

    Dice the vegetables.

    Add the vegetables to the pan and sauté until golden brown.

    Once the vegetables are softened, pour in the chicken broth and stir.

    Finally, add the curry powder, cumin, and cayenne pepper, and mix well.

    SAMOSAS: Retrieve the dough. Heat a pan with a little oil and pour in some of the dough. Wait until it browns on one side, then flip.

    Once the flatbreads are cooked, remove them from the pan and they're ready to serve!
