Ingredients

2-4 servings
  1. Pre cooked lo or chow main noodles or something similar (2 cups)
  2. Veggie oil (to coat pan)
  3. 1 cupcabbage chopped to sliver stripps
  4. 1 cupbean sprouts
  5. 2eggs beaten (more if you like)
  6. Couple shoots of chopped chives
  7. 1 tsphoisen sause
  8. 2table spoons soy sauce (more or less to taiste)
  9. Cubbed spam or any protein on hand
  10. 1-2 tspOptional (korean red pepper paste)
  11. 1 tspOptional (seseme seed oil)

Cooking Instructions

    Start by medium heat oil, add cooked cold noodles,

    Once they start to get flexable make a hole in middle and add cabbage, brown a little then the bean sprouts,

  3. 3

    Again make a hole and brown spam or choice of protein, again make a hole and cook scrambled eggs.

  4. 4

    Reduce or turn off heat and add soy and hoisen sauce (if like a little spicy add red pepper paste). Top with chives and serve.
