Cook broc, drain cut into sm. pieces. Cook chicken & slice. Melt butter blend flour, salt, pepper & mustard. Stir in chix broth & cream, cook over Med heat stirring constantly until thickened ( 1 min). Add cheese & stir til melted. Stir in wine. Remove from heat. Arrange brocc. in. bottom of greased pan. Overlap chic slices on brocc. Pour sauce over chic. Sprinkle w/ park cheese

To cook chicken: Med. sauce pan add enough water to cover (1 1/2 C) add 1 tsp. salt, 1/8 tsp. pepper, 1/2 small onion chopped, 1/8 tsp. thyme. Bring to boiling; cover, simmer over low heat till chic is tender ( 30 min. ) remove chic. Boil broth, uncovered, until reduced to 1 cup strain for sauce ( reserve)
