Combine shrimps/ chicken with the next 6 ingredients and toss to coat evenly.

Cook shrimps/ chicken 3 mins on a non stick skillet until pink and just firm.

Add 1/4c olive oil onto pan. Add anchovies, garlic and red pepper flakes to oil. Break up anchovies until they melt away into the oil and garlic mixture.

Toss pasta in pan with parsley and garlic oil, then season with a little coarse salt. Top with servings of garlic with spicy shrimps/ chicken
