Ingredients

  1. 2 cupWhite Wine Vinegar
  2. 1 cupDemerara Sugar
  3. 1 tbspGround Ginger
  4. 2Red Chillies (finely chopped)
  5. 1 tspMustard Seeds
  6. 2 cupWater
  7. 600 gramsApples (peeled and chopped)
  8. 320 gramsDates (chopped)
  9. 320 gramsRaisins
  10. 240 gramsOnion (finely chopped)

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    place all ingredients in a decent size pot and cook on medium heat on stove for around an hour, stirring occasionally

    remove from heat and let cool before using
