Roast sooji with one tbsp oil & keep it aside. Cut all vegetables into small pieces. Heat oil in a pan,add mustard then jeera then curry leaves then chopped chillies, ginger, and add 1/2 tsp urad dal and chanadal and saute well. Add all chopped vegetables one by one. Add onion, carrot, chopped potato, peas, tomato and saute well. Add salt and turmeric powder.

Then add two cup water and allow it to boil. Add roasted sooji to boiling water mixture. Allow it to cook well and mix well with spoon and off the gas stove. Add lemon juice and chopped coriander leaves. Serve hot.
