heat pan

add olive oil

when oil hot, add garlic and parsley, cook till garlic turns golden brown

add the mushrooms, saute till water is reduced and mushrooms become darker

add the cream

stir for 2 minutes and add the red liecester cheese

stir till water evaporates and the mixture becomes slightly thicker

add the vinegar and mix well

get the toast ready and lay the dish on top of it

ready to serve.
