Ingredients

  1. 14 ozbulk pork sausage
  2. 1/4 cupall purpose flour
  3. 2 cupmilk
  4. 1/2onion
  5. 1 dashworcestershire sauce
  6. 2 dashhot sauce
  7. 1/2 tspsalt
  8. 1/2 tspblack pepper
  9. 1 1/2 tbspbutter

Steps

  1. 1

    Brown sausage in the pan

  2. 2

    Add minced onion, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, salt and pepper. Simmer on low until onion is translucent.

  3. 3

    Add flour and butter to the browned sausage and mix together until flour is cooked

  4. 4

    Slowly mix in milk

  5. 5

    Simmer on low until gravy thickens

  6. 6

    Adjust seasonings to taste
