Cooking Instructions

With sesame oil pan fried ground pork till brown and cooked then set aside

Then with oil saute onion and lotus root for 2 minute then add water and simmer for 8 minute for crunchy bite or for softer lotus root simmer for 15 minute

add cooked ground pork and korean bean paste and mix well saute for another 3 minute

off heat and serve cold or hot top cilantro
