So Easy! Oven Baked Salmon So Easy! Oven Baked Salmon
Salmon can get oily if you cook it in a pan. Washing up is also a pain. I wanted a dish that is easy to cook and clean up ヾ( ;)ゞBecause the mayonnaise is mixed with panko breadcrumbs, it won't become oily and run off the salmon when baked. Serving is very easy.By the way... this dish is easy to reheat in the microwave for a husband returning home from work late. I do this often and find the amount of sauce to be just perfect.Fresh salmon needs seasoning, so make sure to sprinkle it with salt and pepper before adding the sauce. It's so easy, just pop it in the oven.If you prefer a deeper flavouring, adjust the seasoning to your liking. SUPER easy and delicious. Our Sunday brunch crowd loved it!My choice of dried versus fresh herbs was totally dependent on availability. You can use either in this preparation, remembering that the general ratio for substitution is 3 times as much fresh herbs as dried. If you use steelhead trout in lieu of salmon, you may wish to decrease the cook time by 3 or 4 minutes, as the fillets are typically thinner. x -

Super Easy Fish Sauce Wings Super Easy Fish Sauce Wings
These turned out very good. I was afraid they would have a heavy fish sauce taste, I marinated them for 3 hours. I couldn't be more wrong. They were crisp outside, tender inside, cooked through. Nice flavor that wasn't overpowering at all.I'm not a fan of frying, but these were so easy, and good, they will be on the menu more often. There seems to be a lot of steps, but I wanted everyone to see in reality how easy it is, and what to expect. So don't let the number of steps scare you off. Fo Fa -
