Ingredients

  1. 2 largefillets pangasius or another white fish, cut to large pieces.
  2. 4 largepotatoes, peeled and chopped to large pieces.
  3. 2 largecarrots, chopped to large pieces.
  4. 1big head of onion, chopped to large pieces.
  5. 1 largetomato, chopped
  6. 2 tbspVegetable oil
  7. 1/4 tsprosemary
  8. 1/4 tsporegano
  9. 1/4 tspthyme
  10. 1 tspblack pepper grains
  11. 1/4 tspcoriander
  12. 1/4 tspdried lovage or a few stems if fresh
  13. 1/4 tspdried parsley or a few stems fresh
  14. 1 tspgarlic powder
  15. 2bay leafs
  16. 1Salt to taste
  17. Seasoning (optional)
  18. 1Red vinegar
  19. 1Fresh lovage
  20. 1Garlic
  21. 1/2 tspblack pepper

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Boil the potatoes, carrots, onions with some oil and salt in a large pot.

  2. 2

    Add the fish and all the spices, use medium heat.

  3. 3

    Add the tomato 10 minutes before removing from the heat.

  4. 4

    You can prepare some seasoning to garnish the soup with - let it rest for about half an hour.
