  • 1beef broth
  • 1sliced onions
  • 1 cupwater
  • 3 tbspbutter

    Marinate pork chops in salt and pepper, soy sauce, and sugar

  2. 2

    preheat oven to 350

  3. 3

    in casserole. dish, brown rice in melted butter

  4. 4

    put pork chops on top of rice

  5. 5

    add 1 cup water

  6. 6

    add beef broth

  7. 7

    place sliced onions on top of chops

  8. 8

    bake for 45 minutes
