Ingredients

  1. 1 1/4 cupsausage or bacon (sometimes i use both ;))
  2. 1/2 canpeas
  3. 1/2 cancorn
  4. 1/4 headcabbage
  5. 1/2 cupshredded carrots
  6. 1garlic and pepper to taste
  7. 2 cupcooked brown rice

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    cook meat

  2. 2

    coarsely chop cabbage, cook in sausage drippings

  3. 3

    once cabbage is tender add in other vegetables

  4. 4

    cook for 3 minutes

  5. 5

    add rice and seasonings to vegetables and meat

  6. 6

    combine

  7. 7
