You can double this for a 9x13 pan. The texture of these is a regular (but super ooey gooey perfectly baked) brownie. Usually people don't even know there are oreos in it because they melt right into the batter. You can sprinkle more on top if you want them to be more like oreo brownies!

Ingredients

10 mins
  1. 1 packagesGhirardelli Double Chocolate brownie mix (the kind with chocolate chips)
  2. 1eggs
  3. 1/3 cupvegetable oil
  4. 1/4 cupwater
  5. 14oreo cookies

Cooking Instructions

10 mins
  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 325° F

  2. 2

Prepare brownie mix as directed with the egg, oil, and water

  3. 3

Coarsely crush the oreos in a large bag with your hands or rolling pin. I like to leave some pieces pretty big

  4. 4

Pour oreo piece into the batter and mix well. Batter will be thick

  5. 5

Pour batter into a greased square baking pan (about 8x8)

  6. 6

Bake for 30 to 40 minutes. Check doneness by inserting a knife into the brownies - if it comes out clean, they are ready. But when in doubt, underbake!
