
Bubbie's Stuffed Chicken

Make arborio rice in rice cooker. (3/4 cup per chicken, about 1.2 cp water per 3/4 cp rice). Salt to taste, add a tiny bit onion powder and garlic powder.

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Season top of chicken with liberal 6 shakes of each spice (3 shakes of ginger, salt). (Optional: start by coating with ketchup.)

Turn chicken over and stuff with cooked rice.

Season underside of chicken same as top.

Put chicken in pan with 1/2 in water.

Cover the pan with aluminum foil.

Bake for 2 hours,uncover, and cook for 1/2 hour until you can easily move a leg.
