  1. 1 lbfarfalle pasta
  2. 1 largelemon
  3. 1/4 cupparmesan cheese
  4. 3 tbsplight mayonnaise
  5. 3 tbspextra virgin olive oil
  6. 2 clovecrushed garlic
  7. 1 pintshalved multicolored grape tomatoes
  8. 1 mediumgrated zucchini
  9. 1 cupfrozen peas, thawed
  10. 1/4 cuppacked fresh basil leaves, finely chopped

    heat large covered saucepan salted water to boiling on high. cook pasta as label directs

    meanwhile, from lemon grate 1 tsp. peel and squeeze 1/4 c. juice into large bowl. whisk in parmesan, mayonnaise, oil, garlic, and 1 tsp each salt and pepper. add tomatoes, zucchini, peas, basil, and cooked pasta; toss well. serve warm or chilled. can be refrigerated, covered, for up to a day. garnish with parmesan and basil.
