Make a mixture of gram flour and curd & then add salt to it. Add eno immediately right after steaming n mix well.

Heat oil in a pan. Add rai, kaddi patta and green chillies to it.

Greese the idli stand with some oil n put the mixture.steam it for 10-15 minutes.

After the dhokla gets steamed. Pour the sugar syrup and the rai mixture.

Your dhokla is ready. Serve hot or cold.
