Wash the lentils well and place them in a pot on the stove with the chopped potato, onion, carrots, and water. Let the vegetables cook until tender.

Once cooked, set them aside to cool, then blend them until smooth. Return the mixture to the stove.

Sauté the garlic separately, then add it to the soup. Add salt and spices, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve with fried bread. Enjoy!
