  4. 1 tbspGinger Garlic paste
  5. 1 tbspMasala (garam/vegitable/chana)

    Cut mushrooms into dices and boil them for 5 mins

    Grind and prepare paste of onion, tomato, ginger, garlic, coconut powder and til powder

  3. 3

    Put 1-2 table spoon of oil in Kadai and put Rai and Jeera

  4. 4

    Add 1 onion cut in small pieces

  5. 5

    Once onion turns golden, add the prepared paste

  6. 6

    Add water. quantity depends on howmuch liquidy you want to make it
