This is my mom and my favorite granola recipe. I always keep it around my house for snacks and breakfasts. It really is easier than it sounds.
Spiced Nut And Fruit Granola
This is my mom and my favorite granola recipe. I always keep it around my house for snacks and breakfasts. It really is easier than it sounds.
Cooking Instructions

Mix all dry ingredients EXCEPT FOR DRIED FRUIT together in a large bowl.

Add melted butter as honey to the mix. Stir well until it is well combined and everything is coated.

Spread evenly on two large baking pans. You may want to grease the pans.

Bake at 350* for 30 minutes. Switch the positions of the pans halfway through to for even baking. Stir the granola a little halfway through.

Let the granola cool completely. When cooled, mix in the dried fruit.
