Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 1garlic clove (chopped finely)
  2. 1/2 tspgarlic mince
  3. 1/4 tspsalt
  4. 1/3 tspchilli flakes
  5. 1 tbspfresh lemon juice
  6. 2Turkey escalopes
  7. 1/4 cupwhite wine
  8. 1bay leaf
  9. 1 tbspolive oil

Cooking Instructions

    Marinade the escalopes using all the ingredients (except olive oil) 2+ hours before grilling.

    Place turkey in fridge until needed.

  3. 3

    Heat the olive oil in a frying pan on a medium heat then lower before adding meat.

    Remove the garlic and marinade but reserve to add later.

  5. 5

    Once the olive oil is heated add the escalopes to the pan and fry between 5-8 minutes on each side depending on the thickness.

    I made a few slices in the escalopes to speed up the cooking.

    Add the marinade to the pan and fry for another few minutes.
