Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 5 ozraw lean sirloin, cut into thin strips
  2. 1/4 tspchili powder
  3. 1sea salt and ground black pepper
  4. 1nonstick cooking spray
  5. 2 cupshredded red cabbage
  6. 3/4 mediumavocado, sliced
  7. 2 tbspbalsamic vinaigrette

Steps

  1. 1

    Season sirloin with chili powder, salt (if desired), and pepper (if desired). Set aside.

  2. 2

    Heat medium skillet lightky coated with spray over medium-high heat.

  3. 3

    Add sirloin; cook, stirring constantly, for 1 to 2 minutes, or untilmcooked through.

  4. 4

    Place cabbage on a serving plate; top with sirloin and avocado.

  5. 5

    Drizzle with balsamic vinaigrette.
