preheat oven to 350 . line muffin tin with liners

for cupcakes, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, nutmeg, and salt in a med. bowl

beat butter with a mixer until smooth about 30 sec. gradually add sugar and beat until fluffy, 3-4 min. Add eggs 1 at a time, beating well after each. beat in vanilla and bananas. stir in half the dry ingredients with a rubber spatula; add yogurt. Mix in remaining dry ingredients, stirring only until batter is smooth. stir in pecans. divide evenly among muffin cups

for butter cream, combine butter, maple syrup, cream, vanilla, and maple extracts, and salt. beat with a mixer at med. speed until well combined. gradually beat in powdered sugar until the frosting is smooth and spreadable

I tried mixing bread flour, banana and other ingredients together, poured the mixture into moulds, baked it in the oven, and I ended up with tasty cupcakes.If you aren't using a food processor, combine the egg, sugar, melted butter, milk and crushed banana into a bowl in that order, and mix with a whisk at each addition.
