  • 2 canGlory Black-eyed Pea
  • 2 tbspMargarine
  • 2 eachBay leaves
  • 1/3 cupRed Bellpepper
  • 1/3 cupOnion
  • 1 tspSeason All
  • 1 tbspThyme
  • 1/4 cupBalsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
  • 1/3 tspminced garlic

Steps

  1. 1

    Drain and rinse both cans of black-eyed peas.

  2. 2

    In a saucepan, saute chopped red bellpeppers and onions in the butter.

  3. 3

    Add peas and the remainder of the ingredients to the saucepan of sauteed onions and peppers. Mix.

  4. 4

    Simmer 10 minutes on medium heat with occasional stirring.
