Ingredients

  1. 2 canGlory Black-eyed Pea
  2. 2 tbspMargarine
  3. 2 eachBay leaves
  4. 1/3 cupRed Bellpepper
  5. 1/3 cupOnion
  6. 1 tspSeason All
  7. 1 tbspThyme
  8. 1/4 cupBalsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
  9. 1/3 tspminced garlic

Cooking Instructions

    Drain and rinse both cans of black-eyed peas.

  2. 2

    In a saucepan, saute chopped red bellpeppers and onions in the butter.

  3. 3

    Add peas and the remainder of the ingredients to the saucepan of sauteed onions and peppers. Mix.

    Simmer 10 minutes on medium heat with occasional stirring.
