Place chicken, corn starch, salt, pepper, and garlic salt in large ziplock bag and shake until chicken is evenly coated

Heat 1/4 cup oil in large frying pan over medium heat. Dip chicken in the egg mixture and place in frying pan with fork. (Half the batch)

Fry both sides of chicken for about 2 min a piece. Line baking sheet with foil and place chicken on the pan. Dispose of the burnt oil and heat the rest of the oil and finish the chicken

Preheat oven 325

In medium size bowl work together all of the ingredients for the sauce

Pour the sauce over the chicken and bake 20 min
- 7
Pull chicken out and flip to evenly coat with sauce

Bake additional 15-20 min
- 9
Serve with steamed rice and veggies
