Steps

Add chicken stock to a sauce pan. Turn heat to high.

Add frozen cauliflower. Bring to a boil and lower to medium . Add lid . Cook for about 15 minutes.

Add parmesan cheese. Stir. There will be a small amount of liquid left in the pan.Then either " mash " your cauliflower or what i did is use my puree blender. I obviously made mine into a puree. Think of it as 2 recipes in 1. Enjoy
