Ingredients

  1. 12hard-cooked eggs, peeled
  2. 1/4 cupbutter
  3. 1/2 cupall-purpose flour
  4. 3 cupmilk
  5. 1 tbspchicken bouillon granules
  6. 6 slicewhite bread, lightly toasted
  7. 1salt and white pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions

    Desperate egg whites from egg yolks. Place egg yolks into bowl and mash with fork. Chop egg whites into small pieces and set aside.

    Melt butter in saucepan over medium heat. Stir in flour til smooth. Gradually mix in the milk and chicken bouillon so that no lumps form and stir constantly til mix comes to boil. Add egg yolks and mix til dissolved. Stir in egg whites. Serve over toast and season with salt and white pepper.
