Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1 cuprice I prefer basmati
  • 1/2 cupcorn kernels
  • 1/2 cupsweet peas
  • 1bell pepper (red) diced
  • 3-4 tspsesame or olive oil
  • 3 clovesgarlic sliced
  • 1/2onion medium chopped
  • 1carrot diced
  • 3 tbssoy sauce
  • 3 tbsteriyaki sauce
  • 1 tbsbrown sugar
  • I1 cube chicken flavouring (optional)
  • 2eggs

Steps

  1. 1

    Cook the rice in a pot with some salt about 1/2 tsp till soft at medium heat than strain for about 1 hour I prefer to do that the day before

    Now add the onion garlic and oil in to a big skillet or a wok and sauté till onion is transparent now add the chicken cube and stirr

    Now with medium heat add the rice soy sauce and teriyaki sauce and fry about 15 minutes

    Now add the rest of the ingredients and fry till all the water resides add the 2 eggs till ready mix so they can scramble

  5. 5
