Ingredients

10 servings
  1. 1 StickUnsalted butter
  2. 1 CupHeavy Cream
  3. 1/2 CupSour Cream
  4. 1 Bar (8 oz)Cream Cheese
  5. 1 CupMayonnaise
  6. 1.5 lbsBoneless skinless chicken thighs
  7. 6 Cupschopped broccoli florets
  8. 2 BagsSteamfresh riced cauliflower
  9. 3 BagsGreat Value bacon pieces
  10. 1/2 CupItalian Cheese Blend
  11. 1.5 CupsShredded cheddar cheese
  12. 3 TbspHidden Valley ranch seasoning
  13. 2 TbspGarlic powder
  14. 1 TbspOnion powder
  15. to tasteSalt and Pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Cook Chicken then cube and put in large mixing bowl

    Steam veggies and add to large mixing bowl

    Add 2 bags of bacon pieces to large mixing bowl

    In separate mixing bowl place cream cheese, butter, cream and mayo then blend with hand mixer til smooth

    Add 1 cup cheddar cheese to cream mixture and blend

    Add seasonings to cream mixture and blen evenly

  7. 7

    Add cream mixture to meat and veggies and mix together

  8. 8

    Pour combined mixture into casserole dish and top with remaining cheeses and bacon

  9. 9

    Bake at 350 for 20 minutes

    Allow to cool before serving. Makes 10 servings for supplied macros
